DistroKid Referral Code & Link

DistroKid referral code: your current customer offer

Use the DistroKid referral code information with the official signup or purchase flow. DistroKid's personal VIP page currently confirms 7% off the first year. Review the eligible plan and the full renewal price before paying for music distribution. Check release scheduling, store selection, artist limits and optional extra-service charges for your plan. The invitation discount reduces the first subscription payment; it does not guarantee streaming revenue or remove platform requirements.

DistroKid is a music distribution service for artists who want to send releases to streaming and social platforms. DistroKid's official app listings describe the service as a way to get music onto 150+ platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, YouTube Music, and more. The referral discount does not change the subscription terms or store rules; it only reduces the first-year signup price when the referral path is valid.

Current Referral Offer Status

The Help Center also confirms that DistroKid members can access their own referral links from the referrals dashboard after signing in.

The standard referral offer is different from the student referral offer. DistroKid says there are three referral link types: DistroKid, DistroVid/Mixea, and Student referrals.

How the DistroKid Referral Code Works

A DistroKid referral code usually works as a referral link rather than a public coupon code typed at checkout. The referral link carries the referral attribution to DistroKid's signup page, where the discounted first-year offer should be visible before payment.

For the new customer, the main benefit is the first-year discount on a DistroKid signup.

Eligibility and Important Terms

The DistroKid referral code should be treated as a new-signup discount with terms controlled by DistroKid.

The referral offer is most relevant to artists, producers, labels, podcasters, and music teams that are ready to purchase a paid DistroKid subscription. A referral link will not replace DistroKid's normal plan requirements, store delivery rules, release review process, renewal terms, or optional add-on fees. Anyone comparing music distributors should review DistroKid's current plans, renewal pricing, and official terms before paying.

How to Use a DistroKid Referral Link

1. Open the personal first-year DistroKid invitation. 2. 3. Compare subscription plans and features for your music catalogue. 4. Create an eligible new account through the invitation. 5. Check the first-year price and renewal amount before completing payment.

The DistroKid discount can fail to apply if the user is not a new signup, opens a different signup route, changes sessions, or uses a link that no longer qualifies. If the discount is not visible on DistroKid's checkout page, stop before paying and re-check the referral page, browser session, and official Help Center article. The live checkout price is the best evidence that the referral discount applied.

Is the DistroKid Referral Program Worth It?

The offer is modest, but it is official, easy to verify on the signup page, and tied to a service many independent musicians use for digital distribution.

The discount should not be the only reason to choose DistroKid. Artists should compare plan features, release volume, add-ons, support expectations, store delivery needs, royalty withdrawal options, and renewal costs. A DistroKid referral code is useful as a checkout discount after the product fit is clear, not as a substitute for evaluating whether DistroKid is the right distributor for a specific catalog.

DistroKid customer subscription and product options

DistroKid rewards are managed through the member referral area.

Different DistroKid products and customer offers can have separate eligibility. Student offers, DistroVid and Mixea should be assessed using the actual plan and signup price you intend to purchase. Check which product the current invitation opens instead of assuming one promotion covers every service.

Does DistroKid have a public promo code?

DistroKid's referral offer normally uses a tracked referral link, not a universal public promo code. The safest approach is to start from a verified DistroKid referral link and confirm the discount on DistroKid's signup page before paying.

Is the DistroKid referral program worldwide?

DistroKid is a web-based music distribution service, and DistroKid's support materials say most uploads appear worldwide in countries supported by the streaming services it distributes to. Availability, payments, and tax requirements can still vary by country, so users should review DistroKid's account and payout terms for their region.

DistroKid invitation details

The DistroKid referral link opens the signup or purchase path; a DistroKid invite code belongs only in a field that specifically accepts invitation values. Review the DistroKid signup offer in your own account, because DistroKid eligibility can depend on whether you have used the service before and on your market.
