Current Referral Offer Status

The official Base App referral program is active as of July 27, 2026. Eligible referred wallets receive 10% off applicable Base App fees on supported native swaps, while an eligible referrer can receive 25% of the net fees that the referred wallet actually pays to Base after the discount.

Referrer rewards are denominated in USDC and depend on completed eligible activity. Base sets a minimum cumulative payout threshold of 0.50 USDC and can apply enrollment, tax, quality, and anti-abuse checks. The program is promotional and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued, so the current official terms and in-app disclosures control over older descriptions.

The Base App invite code does not promise earnings or investment returns. A referred person gets a fee discount only when a qualifying fee is charged, and the person sharing the link earns only if both wallets remain eligible and the referred wallet completes qualifying swaps.

How the Base App Referral Code Works

A Base App referral code establishes a wallet-to-wallet referral relationship during initial onboarding. A new user must follow a valid invitation or enter 39RD7GPC, leave the code in place, and create a wallet in that same session for the attribution to take effect.

The relationship applies only to the specific wallet created through the invitation. If the referred user later creates another wallet, the new wallet does not inherit the discount or referral relationship. Users must be at least 18 and the legal age of majority where they live, complete any required identity or sanctions checks, and access the app from an eligible jurisdiction. The program is void where prohibited, and eligibility can change as Base updates its regional rules.

The July 27, 2026 official terms exclude the Dominican Republic, Italy, Latvia, Malta, the Philippines, Singapore, Slovenia, the United Kingdom, and OFAC-sanctioned countries. Residents of those jurisdictions cannot earn referral rewards or receive the fee discount under the standard program. An invitee in an eligible jurisdiction may still receive the discount from a link shared by an excluded-jurisdiction referrer, but that referrer will not receive net-fee rewards.

Washington State residents should not receive or use referral invitations sent by text message. Direct invitations by email, text, or similar channels require clear consent, and people sharing a referral should disclose that they may receive a portion of fees when applicable.

Self-referrals, multiple controlled accounts, reward farming, deceptive promotion, spam, and attempts to bypass location or eligibility checks are prohibited. Base can deny, withhold, cancel, or recover rewards and disable links when it identifies abuse or a violation of program terms.
